“Equity, diversity, and inclusion are the conditions for attracting and retaining the best and brightest students, staff, and faculty from around the world, and understanding how we best create the environments in which we work, learn, and live. Inclusion is a commitment for us all, and I look forward to following our progress and learning closely as we work together to achieve the goals in this plan”.
Santa J. Ono, President and Vice-Chancellor

Activating Inclusion Toolkit
UBC Equity and Inclusion Office
The Activating Inclusion Toolkit is designed to support units across UBC in incorporating equity, diversity, and inclusion into their strategic planning, priority initiatives, and systems and structures more broadly. The toolkit is an evolving library of tools, guides, and resources that support inclusion planning and implementation.
