Thanks to all of you who joined us on August 4th for another lively and enlightening It Starts With Us: Conflict Engagement session with Conflict Theatre. Tom and company re-mounted the play Department Discipline: same play but with new insights and learnings, thanks to our wonderful Faculty of Medicine volunteers.
As with every iteration of a Conflict Theatre play, there were different interveners who brought out different elements and complexity in the play. Whether you joined us for Part 1 or not, there are lots of new things to learn from this second dive into Department Discipline. The positive response to these sessions suggests further collaboration with Conflict Theatre is in our future.

It Starts With Us is our inspiring and interactive series of presentations, round table discussions, and workshops. It engages faculty, staff, and students in dialogue and encourages positive action to support the creation and sustainment of inclusive, respectful, anti-racist learning and work environments.
