Action plans to meet the objectives and goals of our Transforming Culture Plan and the recommendations and commitments found in our foundational framework documents will be developed by REDI in collaboration with the Transforming Culture Steering Committee and various working groups. The working groups will be formed by the units responsible for the implementation of the action plan and will include wider representation from across the Faculty of Medicine as appropriate.

Initiatives and action plans will also be generated at the department and unit level and REDI will provide support and guidance on those initiatives as requested to ensure alignment. This will allow us to take advantage of opportunities to collaborate across the Faculty of Medicine.
